- Quantities

Once a customer approves a final proof, PrintingMD may proceed with production.
Changes requested after final approval may result in additional charges, production delays, or the need to place a new order.
PrintingMD is not responsible for errors appearing in customer-approved proofs unless those errors result from our failure to produce the approved specifications.
9. Color and Printing Variations
Printing results may vary slightly from digital previews, computer monitors, and previously printed materials.
Differences may occur because of printing equipment, paper characteristics, finishing methods, and color reproduction processes.
PrintingMD makes reasonable efforts to produce materials consistent with approved specifications.
Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless specific color-matching requirements have been expressly agreed upon in writing.
10. Production and Turnaround Times
Production schedules and estimated turnaround times depend on project specifications, artwork approval, material availability, and production requirements.
Any turnaround times provided are estimates unless PrintingMD expressly guarantees a specific completion date in writing.
Production timelines generally begin after all required artwork, approvals, specifications, and payments have been received.
PrintingMD is not responsible for delays resulting from incomplete customer information, delayed approvals, changes to project requirements, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to estimated production schedules.
11. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery options may vary depending on the project and destination.

Once production has begun, cancellations may not be possible, and customers may remain responsible for costs incurred.
Any approved changes that affect production requirements may result in additional charges or revised delivery estimates.
13. Refunds and Reprints
Because many printing products are custom-manufactured, refunds and reprints are evaluated based on the circumstances of each order and applicable law.

We may request photographs, documentation, or samples to evaluate the issue.

Customer-approved artwork errors, incorrect specifications supplied by customers, and changes requested after production may not qualify for a complimentary reprint or refund.
